3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions. Do not send your product back without obtaining an RA number, as it may delay the refund process.

  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Inspection of Returned Items: Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items returned in damaged condition, missing parts, or items not in their original packaging).

Once we have received the defective item, we will ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the product arrived damaged.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
