    • Domestic Shipping (within the USA): Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures but usually range between 7-21 business days.

3. Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for domestic (U.S.) orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.

4. International Shipping

    • Edgeline Safety LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred on international shipments. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

  • International Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight/size of the package.

5. Order Tracking

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Edgeline Safety LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered and you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier for assistance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • Restricted Locations: Due to certain restrictions, we may not be able to ship to specific countries or regions. If shipping to your location is restricted, we will notify you during checkout.
